Who we are

The data controller is Kingslayer SASU, a French company. Contact for any privacy question at contact@kingslayer.eu.

What we collect

Only what the quote and contact forms ask: company name, work email, product interest, region and concurrency requirements, models of interest, compliance requirements, and free text you choose to send.

This site runs on Netlify. The edge host keeps server access logs (including IP addresses) according to its own retention policy; there are no other third-party processors on this website.

Why and on what basis

Form data is collected to prepare a quote or schedule a call at your request — pre-contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Security logging is carried out under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). There is no advertising, analytics, or profiling.

Retention

Form data is kept for 12 months after our last contact, or for the life of the contract if one follows.

Recipients

The forms post to the quote receiver operated for Kingslayer. No advertising or analytics recipient exists.

No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookies, loads no social pixels, and calls no analytics service. There is nothing to consent to because there is nothing to refuse.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any of them, write to contact@kingslayer.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
